This isn’t going to end well for Republicans who are out for vengeance. It won’t even end well for the every day politician hater who longs for an “See, I told you so” moment. We’ve heard this record before. My guess is that Biden will not be held responsible for anything. The law expresses that one must knowingly break the law. He has already claimed to not know what is in the documents and I imagine he will simply claim that he didn’t even know he had them. In all reality, there may be some truth to that. After Joe Biden left the white house in January of 2017, dementia set in hard. It was no secret that he was already losing his mind and prior to serving as VP. It wouldn’t be too much of a stretch for him to deny having boxes of classified documents after literally placing them in his garage five minutes ago.
