New York Attorney General Letitia James, who has brought a serious suit against Donald Trump and his company in the state of New York, is in the running (some consider her to be the front runner) for “Worst Person Of The Year 2023”. It is difficult to explain all the many ways this case and the suit is ridiculous, a waste of tax payer money, a waste of time, and a clear example of election interference. To summarize the current situation; the attorney general, instead of allowing the case to play out in court, is doing regular video updates and sharing information not testified to or even addressed in court to make it seem as though the court has evidence of wrong doing. What is even more bass akwards about this example is that Trump’s first amendment right to speech has been inhibited by a judge ordered gag order (in a few cases), yet this sorry excuse for a person (Letitia James) is lying on video to the public about an on going current court case to force a public narrative that Trump is guilty of crimes. If you wrote a script about the most unbelievably stupid and absurd situations in the history of the world…the last six years would be the blueprint. I can’t remember, other than last six years, the last time I uttered out loud the words, “is this real life?” I find myself asking this often.
