This is exactly the kind of story the “mainstream media” will twist and turn to create a narrative that works for their agenda. The truth of the matter is a thirteen year old boy was breaking into cars with a group of other boys who, when confronted by a Homeowner named Jason Lewis, ran toward Lewis when confronted. Jason Lewis, when threatened by the teenager, drew his legally registered fire arm and protected himself by shooting the attacker. After the gun was fired, the other boys ran and Karon Blake identified himself “I’m a kid”. Mr.Lewis called 911 and started CPR. This story will be drummed up as a white man shot a black boy for no reason. The unfortunate reality is this thirteen year old and his friends were committing a crime at four a.m. and were caught. Instead of electing to not commit a crime in the first place or leaving when they were caught, this young man attempted to attack the homeowner and was killed when the homeowner protected himself.
